Nomevex does not use rigid, one-size-fits-all tiers. Every institution is offered a custom price, agreed through a tailored contract with our team. Pricing is built around what you actually need — so you never pay for features you don't use, and you're never surprised by hidden fees or long-term lock-in.

What Determines Your Price

Your custom quote is shaped by the features you select and the scale you expect. The main cost drivers we price around are:

• Cloud compute & infrastructure — secure server capacity for your sessions
• Storage & bandwidth — encrypted evidence, recordings, and data transfer
• Blockchain gas fees — Polygon-anchored verification, ZK proofs, and certificates
• AI / LLM usage — flag explanations, risk scoring, and learning analytics
• Support & onboarding — setup, white-label builds, SLA, and account management

Our team works with you to scope the feature set and estimated volume, then confirms a fixed custom price before you commit. You can adjust the feature mix at any time.

Usage Tracking

Nomevex tracks usage based on exam sessions and related activity per billing period. A session begins when a student starts an exam and ends when the exam is submitted or times out. Usage data is updated in real time and available in your Admin Portal billing dashboard, so you always know where you stand against your agreed volume.

Contracts & Invoicing

Each engagement is formalized with a contract that captures your agreed custom price, term, and payment terms. Invoices are generated for each billing cycle and are available for download from your Admin Portal. Payment processing is handled by DodoPayments — we never see or store your card details. Enterprise customers can request consolidated billing across departments.
