Prerequisites

• An active Nomevex account (admin access)
• LMS integration credentials (if using LTI 1.3)
• Student roster (CSV upload or SCIM sync)

Step 1: Access the Admin Portal

Navigate to the Admin Portal and sign in with your administrator credentials.

Step 2: Create an Exam

From the dashboard, click "Create Exam" and configure:

• Exam name, date, and duration
• Proctoring level (relaxed, standard, strict)
• Allowed resources and policies
• Accommodation rules for students with accessibility needs

Step 3: Enroll Students

Import your student roster via CSV upload, SCIM provisioning, or LTI 1.3 integration. Students will receive email invitations with exam details.

Step 4: Configure the NAE (NOMEVEX Assessment Environment)

Instruct students to download the NAE (NOMEVEX Assessment Environment) from the Student Portal. The browser auto-configures based on exam settings. For managed devices, use the WebAssembly fallback.

Step 5: Monitor Live

During the exam, use the Instructor Console to monitor sessions in real time. View risk scores, flagged events, and AI confidence metrics.

Step 6: Review & Verify

After the exam, review flagged events, resolve appeals, and generate audit reports. Use the Verification Portal to share cryptographic proof of integrity with accreditation bodies.
